In this outline I am hoping to grab the attention of the reader and keep it while explain to them what the paper is about. The outline describes what sort of things the paper will be about. Things like the differences between the camps, why the camps are where they are, how the prisoners were treated. It basically spells out that it is a conmparison of two different camps, and how they differed, and why.
